If the website is unavailable, Pro Certify Crew will credit the monthly service charge based on the following calculations, measured 24 hours a day in a calendar month, with a maximum credit equal to the monthly service charge for the affected month:

- 89.9% to 94.9% = 25%
To receive a credit on your account, you must request it within seven (7) business days after experiencing website unavailability. Credits are typically issued within thirty (30) days of your request. This credit is your sole remedy if the website is unavailable.
Credits will not be provided if website unavailability results from:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Your actions or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities, or applications.
- Circumstances beyond Pro Certify Crew reasonable control, such as government actions, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike, transportation delays, telecommunications issues, third-party service interruptions (including DNS propagation), third-party software or hardware failures, or inability to obtain necessary materials, supplies, or power.
If you cannot access your website or any other service, it may not be due to Pro Certify Crew. It could be technical issues with your ISP or routing problems between your ISP and Pro Certify Crew, making communication difficult or impossible. We are not responsible for these issues. Our monitoring agents determine our service uptime, not individual client experiences.
